You are paired with a pharmacist whose job is to develop you, and who has the time to do it properly. You can ask questions without feeling like a nuisance, and you get real feedback while there is still time to use it.
You rotate through the whole job: dispensing, clinical services, and patient care. You leave the year able to practise with confidence, because you have already done the work under someone who was watching.
Pharmacy is hard enough without a manager who throws you in the deep end. Here you learn inside a team that expects to help you, because the people training you were trained the same way.
