You do your placement year with a preceptor who is there to teach you the profession. You rotate through real work, dispensing, clinical services, and patient care, so you finish ready to practise with confidence.
Once you register, you lead clinical services: vaccinations, prescribing, medication reviews. You get protected time for the clinical work you trained for, and a clear view of what comes next.
You run a store and grow a team. The job is the numbers and the people, mentoring the pharmacists coming up behind you. This is where partners are made.
You own a stake in a Prime store. You earn it by showing you can steward a business: its culture, its people, and its long-term health. We spend twelve to eighteen months getting you ready before you get there.
