Stage 1 of 4
You do your placement year with a preceptor who is there to teach you the profession. You rotate through real work, dispensing, clinical services, and patient care, so you finish ready to practise with confidence.
Stage 2 of 4
Once you register, you lead clinical services: vaccinations, prescribing, medication reviews. You get protected time for the clinical work you trained for, and a clear view of what comes next.
Stage 3 of 4
You run a store and grow a team. You own the numbers and the people, and you mentor the pharmacists coming up behind you. This is where partners are made.
Stage 4 of 4
You own a stake in a Prime store. You earn it by showing you can steward a business: its culture, its people, and its long-term health.
